Can I be featured on Craftershock?
Yes! Here at Craftershock, we are all about community and sharing ideas. We will consider any crafter who has made a project that they dreamed up on their own, or in collaboration (with permission of everyone who helped) with other crafters. Can I steal your images or content?
No way! All designs, products, images, and content belong to Craftershock and/or the individual crafters we showcase. This means you may not use, alter, redistribute, sell, or take credit for anything on our site without written consent from us or the owner of the design/product/image/content.

Payment - We accept PayPal payments in US Dollars.

Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped.
Shipping - We ship worldwide using USPS First Class shipping. All items are shipped within 48 hours of payment clearing (excluding weekends and holidays), unless otherwise stated in the item description. If you need your order to be shipped express or overnight, contact us prior to purchasing so that we may adjust the shipping costs accordingly. Insurance and shipping confirmation are optional and can be added at buyer's request. Craftershock is not responsible for lost or damaged goods.
Returns and Exchanges - Please contact us if you have any issues. Each return is handled on a case by case basis.
The item I want is out of stock. Can I place a special order?
Maybe. Certain items are easier to reproduce than others. If you really want an item that's out of stock, contact us, and we'll see what we can do!
